Known particularly for his ability to execute at scale, Yash has founded, invested in and built multiple businesses, while leading large teams and complex organisations across different stages of growth. His work combines an owner’s understanding of capital, enterprise value and wealth creation with deep practical experience in building businesses, developing leadership teams and scaling franchise systems. He leads some of the largest and fastest-growing regions within BNI and Corporate Connections globally, building and operating entrepreneurial ecosystems across India. The businesses represented within these networks collectively account for approximately 1.02% of India’s GDP, giving him unusual access to and understanding of the ambitions, challenges, capital requirements and succession decisions of Indian business owners. His approach to business is strongly execution-driven: identifying an opportunity, building the operating structure around it, assembling the right leadership, deploying capital and driving the organisation towards measurable outcomes. Yash holds a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and an LLB in Law. He is an alumnus of the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School and a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE). As Chairman of TBA India, Yash is building a national business brokerage and M&A advisory institution focused on helping entrepreneurs value, buy and sell businesses. His larger ambition is to professionalise the market for business ownership and transition in India—helping entrepreneurs think not only about the businesses they operate, but about enterprise value, acquisitions, succession, liquidity and long-term wealth creation through ownership.
